Results Notification

A Results Notification is an unofficial record of your results. It’s useful for checking your academic progress while you’re studying at NMIT.

You can request a Results Notification at any time, free of charge.

Academic transcripts

An academic transcript is an official, verified record of your study at NMIT.

It includes:

• The courses you’ve studied.
• Your credits, course levels and results.
• The qualifications you’ve been awarded during your enrolment at NMIT.

You can order an academic transcript online. A processing fee applies, along with a courier fee if you choose to have it delivered rather than collect it in person.

How long will it take?

Please allow approximately 10 working days for your transcript to be processed.

If you completed your qualification more than 10 years ago, your request may take longer while we access archived records.

Your qualification award

Congratulations on completing your qualification!

Your award, sometimes called a testamur or award certificate, is your official certificate recognising that you’ve successfully completed your qualification at NMIT.

Your award includes:

• The name of your completed qualification.
• Your full legal name.
• A unique award number.

Your academic transcript

You’ll also receive an academic transcript when your award is issued.

How will I receive my award?

If you attend a Graduation Ceremony, your award and academic transcript will be presented to you there.

If you don’t attend a ceremony, you can choose to have them:

• Posted or couriered to you.
• Held at NMIT for you to collect.

We’ll email you to ask how you’d like to receive them.

Need a replacement award?

If your award certificate has been lost or damaged, you can request a replacement.
