To develop an awareness of the economic consequences of poor stock health management and biosecurity. Students will develop an awareness of the identity and epidemiology of the most significant aquatic pathogens and instil an appreciation of the factors that contribute to poor stock health on a variety of fish farm and fishery enterprises.
